To
purchase any item via this website please click on the 'add to cart' button next to
it. When you have finished selecting your items, please click on 'go
to checkout'. You will be directed to the Paypal website, which is
free and secure to use (you do not need a paypal account). All
currencies and credit cards are accepted, and Paypal will convert all currency into sterling at
the current rate. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order,
please
email me to place your order. If
ordering via an external website (such as Etsy) please follow their
instructions.
For UK orders a one-off postage and packing charge of £2.50 will be added at
checkout. Please allow up t o 7 days for delivery for listed items, 28 days for commissions. For overseas orders please email me first to discuss postage charges and delivery times.
If you would like to purchase curled duck feather cushion inserts for your cushion covers, these can be ordered for £5 each, please state which size when ordering.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be
returned up to 7 days after receipt. Please email me in the first instance
to discuss this. Items must be returned at your own expense, insured and
undamaged, otherwise no refund will be made. As these are
one-off items, if a replacement is
requested, you may have to allow 28 days for a similar item to be made and
posted. However if this is not possible a refund will be offered. NB
delivery charges will not be refunded. Damages in transit must
be notified on day of delivery, risk passes to the purchaser once delivery
is accepted.
All measurements given are approximate. Colours may not exactly
match those on the website.
